V's enjoys doing crafts, listening to music and joining friends on various Zooms. She appreciates people who know sign language or who are willing to learn (she is an excellent teacher). As a self-advocate she is very independent and works well with a team that empowers her to be her vibrant, healthy self.

Prepare nutritious meals

· Housekeeping, cleaning and laundry

· Administer medication

· Encourage physical activities such as going for walks, yoga, dance, etc.

· Assist with crafts

· Support V to stay in touch with friends & family via Zoom, cards, phone calls and visits

Sign Language is an asset. Training is provided.
