C is a very sweet, affectionate, and easy going young man who lives in a suite in his family's home in East Vancouver near King Edward and Fraser S.  He is looking for staff who will support him to get out and enjoy life. He has complex health care needs so he requires staff who have the ability to monitor his health care needs to keep him healthy, safe and happy.

C needs full assistance with personal care.  C has a loving family and network who are a big part of his life.

C have 24-hour support provided by a team of dedicated staff.

Duties and responsibilities

assessing and monitoring his sleep for seizures, postioning and vitals and Bipap. 
documenting clear and detalled charting throughout the night.
Medication administration including rescue medication for seizures.
Following all health care plans/support plans to ensure C has a good nights sleep.
Provide personal and intimate care as needed through the night.

CSW: $20.09/hour to $22.75/hour

Preferred Training or Experience

Preference given to applicants who have experience supporting people with developemental disabilities and/or health care, caregiver, education background and experience.
All training is provided through detailed training shifts.
Seeking applicants who are physically strong, energetic, self confident and fun!  Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken) is a must.

Specific Training or Experience Required

Computer proficiency (email, Word, internet usage)

Expected Hours of Work

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (11pm-7am)
