D clearly directs his service time. He has interests, preferences and plans for how to spend his weekly hours of community support. He's articulate and engaging with a charming personality and he's interested in people with good communication and engaging personalities.  He has a love for cooking, board games, mysteries, photography.  He thrives with routine.  He likes to make plans and know what's going to happen and does not do well with last minute change.  He's looking for reliable support.

Mostly his support workers will meet him at his home and leave from there.  Sometimes he'll plan to meet somewhere in community.  One shift per week will be home based to focus on his passion for expanding his cooking repertoire and playing board games.  We will use transit to access the places in community with D.
